Come see our little piece of the country at Pleasant Hill BnB. Situated just 10 minutes from the town centre of Mount Gambier, SA, we offer an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. With picturesque views of the surrounding farms, including our own range of farm animals for you to see up close, our BnB offers plenty of room to bring the whole family to explore the amazing Limestone Coast.
We do have a minimum 2 night stay, so take some time out to relax and enjoy the area.
OUR ROOMS
Pleasant Hill BnB offers a recently renovated cottage, situated at the back of the property overlooking the surrounding hills. The cottage provides a large combined living and dining area, one bathroom and up to 4 bedrooms, with the ability to sleep up to 8 people! We do close off the rooms not required for your stay, so please let me know how many beds/rooms you require when booking.
OUR SERVICES
Breakfast
A continental breakfast is included with the bookings. So feel free to wake up as late as you like without the worry of missing a cafe opening!
Free Wifi
Yes, you are out in the country! But worry not!...we do have technology capabilities! Connected to the NBN. If you MUST connect to the outside world, you will have peace of mind.
Animals
We love our animals! At Pleasant Hill we are owners of a dog, a cat, 1 horse, several cows and 3 chooks. But remember, please ask before approaching them!
Utilities
Tired and just want to stay in? There's the choice of using the fully equipped kitchen with all the required utensils, oven, cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. There is even an outdoor setting and BBQ.

What's this? It's 11 am? Come enjoy the peace and quiet! Relax!

Made to feel like home. We have books, DVDs, a Piano, a washing machine and plenty of space. The largest bedroom also sleeps up to 4 children in one room.

We are situated only half and hour's drive from the renowned Coonawarra Winery district. Ideal for a leisurely day out for the adults.
Geographical Wonders
Mount Gambier is abound with nature's sculptures, the Blue Lake, Mt Shank, plus many sinkholes and caves to explore.

Visit the Farmer's markets on the weekends to sample the many delights offered by our local producers.
Leisure Activities
Hire a bike, climb Mt Schank, Walk along the rail lands, enjoy the many cafes or go to the beach. The choices are endless
Wildlife
Travel down to the Valley Lake and take a walk along the boardwalk to see the birds on the lake, then visit the wildlife park to see the native animals up close
Possums
Visit the magical Engelbrecht sinkhole as the sun sets but don't forget to take some fruit with you to hand feed the possums.
